Mississippi Mud Cake
Mississippi Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. melted butter, 1/3 c. cocoa, 1/2 c. flour, 4 eggs and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter; blend in cocoa until smooth.
Add vanilla and eggs; mix well.
Add to dry ingredients.
Bake on large cookie sheet.
When done, take out of oven and put the mini marshmallows on top of cake.
Return to oven until marshmallows are melted. Top with chocolate fudge frosting.
