Mississippi Mud Cake

Melt cocoa and oleo.
Cream sugar, flour and eggs.
Add the cocoa mixture and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and while still hot spread marshmallow cream on top of cake.
