Mississippi Mud Cake
Mississippi Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. melted butter, 1/3 c. cocoa and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In large bowl, beat eggs until thick.
Beat in sugar.
Mix together butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla, coconut and nuts, then add to egg and sugar mixture.
Stir well with spoon.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove immediately and spread with Marshmallow Crème.
