Mississippi Mud is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 3/4 stick melted oleo, 1 c. chopped pecans, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together sugar, cocoa and flour in a double boiler.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Cook over boiling water until thick.
Let cool.
Pour over crust and cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
Chill before serving.
