Mississippi Fudge Cake
Mississippi Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, sliced, 1/3 c. cocoa, 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt oleo and cocoa together and set aside to cool.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add to cocoa mixture.
Add flour and salt.
Mix well.
Pour into sheet pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup pecans over top before baking.
Bake for 30 minutes.
As soon as cake is taken from oven, cover with marshmallows.
Return to oven until marshmallows melt.
Let cool.
