Miss Maggie'S Fruiti Fruiti Sherbet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. gelatin, 2 tbsp. cold water, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix gelatin with cold water to soften.
Add sugar to 1 cup boiling water, boil 5 minutes.
Add gelatin to hot syrup. Cool. Add salt, lemon juice and orange juice to syrup.
Cool. Add pineapple, cherries mashed bananas.
Prepare egg whites and white corn syrup.
In fruit mixture.
Pour in ice cream freezer.
Freeze as you would any ice cream.
