Miracle Microwave Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. box powdered sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup or more of nuts, if desired.
Pour onto buttered plate or waxed paper. Refrigerate to set.
Can be put in freezer, if you are in a hurry.
