Miracle Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 egg white, unbeaten, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, egg white and cream of tartar together.
Add boiling water.
Beat on high speed of electric mixer until stiff.
Add vanilla; spread on cake.
