Combine peanut butter and sugar; mix well.
Stir in beaten egg, water and vanilla.
Roll into 3/4-inch balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a floured fork.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Cool before removing from cookie sheet. Yields about 4 dozen.
