Miracle Cheesecake
Miracle Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour water over Jell-O.
Chill until slightly thickened. Cream the sugar, cheese and vanilla. Add Jell-O and lemon juice. Mix well.
Fold in stiffly beaten milk.
Mix graham crackers and butter.
Press firmly in bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill overnight.
