Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 2/3 c. powdered sugar, flavoring (your choice) and food coloring (your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Knead until like pieces of pie dough.
Add more sugar, if needed.
Roll in marble size.
Roll in sugar.
Press in mold and place on wax paper until dry.
