Minted Walnuts
Minted Walnuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 tbsp. light corn syrup, 1/8 tsp. salt and 6 marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook together slowly sugar, water, corn syrup and salt. Remove from heat just before reaches when a little is dropped water at 230Β°.
Add marshmallows (cut in pieces) and stir until they are melted.
Add mint and nutmeats and stir circular motion until every nut is coated with the mixture.
