Mint Julep Jelly
Mint Julep Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. bourbon, 1/2 c. water, 3 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. certo and fresh mint, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine bourbon, water and sugar in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add Certo.
Pour into glasses.
Add fresh mint sprig to each glass.
Makes 4 to 5 (8-ounce) glasses.
