Miniature Peanut Butter Treats
Miniature Peanut Butter Treats is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. softened butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 egg and 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine butter, sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt and add to creamed mixture.
Cover dough and chill.
Roll into small balls to fit tart pan and bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and gently press 1 miniature peanut butter cup into each cookie. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove.
Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
