Miniature Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream until fluffy all ingredients. Pour into paper lined cupcake pans.
Fill 2/3 full of batter. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Put pie filling or preserves on top.
Chill.
