Miniature Cheese Cakes
Miniature Cheese Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Beat eggs.
Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
Add softened cream cheese; beat with mixer until light and fluffy.
Line muffin pans with paper muffin cups.
Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.
Fill cups 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes. You can serve as is or top with your favorite jam.
