Miniature Cheese Cakes
Miniature Cheese Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
In small bowl beat next 5 items until light and fluffy.
Fill liners 3/4 full with mixture.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
Top each with spoonful of filling and 1 teaspoon nuts.
Chill.
