Mini Ritz Bits Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes plain mini ritz crackers, 1 jar dry roasted peanuts, 1 box pretzel sticks, 1 stick butter and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine crackers, peanuts and pretzels in buttered roasting pan.
Mix butter, sugar and corn syrup in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda.
Pour over cracker mixture and stir until coated.
Bake at 250Β°, stirring every 15 minutes, for 1 hour.
Lay on wax paper to cool.
