Mini Reubens is an easy dinner. Made with 20 slices cocktail rye bread, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. corned beef, thinly sliced, 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained and 5 slices swiss cheese, cut in quarters, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Arrange corned beef on cocktail rye bread.
Cover lightly with sauerkraut.
Top with sliced Swiss cheese.
