Mini Pizzas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 tbsp. catsup, dash of garlic salt and dash of a.1. sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute sausage until done and crumbly.

Drain off fat.

Add cheese and melt.

Add oregano, catsup, A.1. sauce and salt.

Mix well.

Spread on bread generously.

Put pizza sauce on top of each.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Place on cookie sheet and freeze, then put in plastic bags and store in freezer.

Will keep well.

Bake at 450Β° for 10 minutes, until bubbly.
