Mini Meat Pies
Mini Meat Pies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 tsp. beef instant bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust mix; mix well.
Prepare pie crust mix as directed.
Divide dough in half.
On floured surface, roll out half the dough to 10 x 13-inch rectangle, 1/8-inch thick.
Cut into 20 (2 1/2-inch) squares.
Spoon 1 heaping teaspoonful meat mixture in center of each square; fold as desired.
Repeat with remaining dough and meat mixture.
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
