Mini Cream Puffs
Mini Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 eggs and 1 small box vanilla instant pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Heat water and margarine to rolling boil.
Stir in flour vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs thoroughly one at a time until smooth.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful onto slightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and dry.
Makes 18 to 35 puffs. Cool.
Cut off tops and scoop out filaments.
Make pudding according to package directions.
Fill puffs.
Top each cream puff with dop of Cool Whip and 1/2 a cherry.
