Preheat oven to 350°.

Grease bottom only of 9-inch spring-form pan.

Prepare brownie mix as chewy.

Spread evenly in pan.

Bake 35 minutes.

May not use all of mix, depends on thickness.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, not too long (becomes watery and chips sink).

Gradually add and beat Eagle Brand milk.

Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Pour over hot crust.

Reduce oven; heat to 300°.

Bake 50 minutes or until center is set.

Garnish with whipped cream and mini chips.
