Mini Chip Blondies
Mini Chip Blondies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cream butter or margarine and brown sugar in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Beat well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Blend into creamed mixture.
Stir in mini chips.
Spread batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool completely in pan.
Cut into bars.
Makes about 3 dozen.
