Made with c. graham cracker crumbs, c. sugar, c. margarine or butter, melted, (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened and (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Mix together crumbs, sugar and margarine.
Press equal portions into paper lined muffin cups. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon equal amounts of mixture (about 3 tablespoons) into prepared cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until set; cool.
Chill.
Top with filling.
