Mix all ingredients (except pie filling and wafers) until smooth.
Line cupcake tins with cupcake papers.
Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper.
Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Top with pie filling.
