Mini-Cheesecakes
Mini-Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Line muffin tins with foil liners.
Place wafers in each liner.
Mix cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until blended.
Add eggs; mix well.
Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 325Β°.
Remove from pan when cool and chill. Top with pie filling (cherry or strawberry) or top with nuts.
