Mini Cheesecakes
Mini Cheesecakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2/3 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

👨🍳 Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients with electric mixer.
Then can either bake in candy papers (makes about 4 dozen) at 325° for 25 minutes or can put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of a paper muffin cup, fill 2/3 full and bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes or top gets golden brown.
Top with small amount of cherry pie filling on each one when cool.
