"Mini" Cheesecakes
"Mini" Cheesecakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers (keebler), 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Use midget baking cups.
Mix ingredients together.
Put 1 vanilla wafer (top down) in each baking cup.
Pour in batter (approximately 1/2 to 3/4 full).
Place on cookie sheet or pan. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Let cool and top with cherry or other pie filling.
Yields 30 to 40 cheesecakes.
