Mini Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with vanilla wafers, 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Line cupcake pan with paper cupcake holders.
Put vanilla wafer on bottom of each.
Blend remaining ingredients and fill cupcake holders 1/2 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with cherry pie filling or any other topping.
