Mini-Cheese Cakes
Mini-Cheese Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 12 vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Place 12 vanilla wafers on bottom of 12 paper lined muffin cups.
Then mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour into muffin cups.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut or top with various types of jam or other favorite toppings.
