Mini Cheese-Cakes
Mini Cheese-Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Line muffin tin with foil liners.
Place one vanilla wafer on each liner.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well-blended.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
