Mini Cheese Cakes
Mini Cheese Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Line muffin tin with foil cupcake liners.
Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs; mix well.
Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cooled. Chill for 2 hours. Top with fruit or pie filling.
