Mincemeat Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. shortening, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. milk and 1 c. mincemeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat sugar, shortening and eggs together thoroughly.
Stir in milk and mincemeat.
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder then add to mincemeat mixture.
In walnuts.
Use well greased 9 x 5 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Cool on rack.
When cool wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
