Mincemeat Icebox Cookies
Mincemeat Icebox Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 3 eggs and 4 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream margarine and sugars together until very creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture, alternating with mincemeat.

When ready, slice about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
