Mincemeat Fudge Pie
Mincemeat Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, 1 pkg. penuche quick fudge mix, 3 large eggs, beaten, 1/3 c. water and 1/2 c. moist mincemeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Prepare pie crust.
Put penuche quick fudge mix into bowl. Add eggs, water, mincemeat and melted butter.
Beat with rotary beater until thoroughly blended.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Pour into unbaked crust.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes until filling is set. Cool.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 8 to 10. Tastes somewhat like pecan pie.
