Mincemeat Drop Cookies
Mincemeat Drop Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 well beaten eggs, 3 c. flour and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
Add 1/2 of sifted dry ingredients.
Add mincemeat and water; stir until blended. Add nuts and remaining flour mixture; mix well.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.
