Mincemeat Cookies
Mincemeat Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. prepared mincemeat, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 3 c. bisquick baking mix, 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed tightly and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Heat mincemeat and milk to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
Stir frequently.
Simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake until light brown for about 10 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
