Mincemeat Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. hot water and 1/2 c. nuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream sugar and shortening.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture; mix.
Add eggs, water, vanilla and mix. Stir in mincemeat and nuts.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
