Millionaire Pie
Millionaire Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. powdered sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1 medium cool whip and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream sugar and oleo together. Add eggs, salt and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
Spoon into bottom of crust.
Chill well. Mix Cool Whip, pecans and pineapple together.
Spoon on top of pies. Chill well.
