Millies Beef Jerky
Millies Beef Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak (semi frozen), sliced 1/4-inch thick, 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, 1/4 to 1/2 c. salt, 1 tbsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. curry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put steak in large Ziploc bag and add mixture of Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, curry, soy sauce, onion powder, pepper and ginger.
Marinate 8 hours or more.
Put a single layer of meat on cookie sheet.
Set oven at lowest setting.
Cook for 10 hours with the oven door propped open slightly with folded wet dishcloth.
