Milley's Newfie Pie

Beat egg whites, water, salt and sugar until ropey consistency.
Add vinegar and continue beating until thick. Cover Pyrex pie plate with waxed paper.
Pour mixture onto plate. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 300Β° oven.
Remove from oven and turn upside-down on plate.
When cool, cover with whipped cream and strawberries.
