Cook agar-agar flakes in water for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring. Blenderize 1/2 of cooked agar-agar with other ingredients until very smooth.
Add rest of the agar-agar, blending at low speed. Cool a little and put in serving dishes to finish cooling.
