Milky Way Cake
Milky Way Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large milky way candy bars, 2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/4 c. buttermilk and 1 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut or break up candy bars.
Melt candy and oleo together in the microwave.
Stir until smooth (small pieces may remain). Cool.
Sift flour and soda together.
In a mixing bowl, slowly add buttermilk to flour and beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add sugar, candy mixture and pecans. Beat well.
Pour into well-greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
