Mile High Strawberry Pie
Mile High Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 3/4 c. sugar, 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries and 1 prepared pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Use a large mixing bowl.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add sugar and cream of tartar very slowly to stiffly beaten egg whites.
Slowly add the nearly unfrozen berries and juice to the egg white peaks.
Beat on high with mixer for 15 minutes.
Put into pie shell of your choosing and freeze.
Add sliced berries and whipped cream for garnish before serving.
