Mildred's Veggie Casserole
Mildred'S Veggie Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. minced onion, sauteed, 2 (16 oz.) cans veg-all, drained, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 can chopped water chestnuts and 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix onion with Veg-All, Cheddar cheese soup, water chestnuts and mayo.
Pour all into casserole dish. Crush crackers and put cracker crumbs on top of mixture.
Drizzle 3/4 stick of butter (melted) over cracker crumbs.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
