Mike's Meat Loaf
Mike'S Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 pkg. good seasons italian salad dressing mix, 1 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except the last 4 and shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Top meat loaf with a mixture of the catsup, chili sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook 1/2 hour longer, then remove and serve after cooling 15 minutes.
