Mike'S Hard Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon oil, 1 c. white syrup and 1 tsp. red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except oil in pan and heat to 300Β° (hard crack stage).
Add oil and stir.
