Mike'S Favorite Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oatmeal, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 cube margarine, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour boiling water over oatmeal.
Add margarine; cover and let stand 20 minutes.
Add brown sugar, sugar and eggs; mix well.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
