Microwave Turkey Tetrazzini
Microwave Turkey Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (7 to 8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, 1 onion, chopped and 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put drained spaghetti in greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch microwavable pan.
In 2-quart casserole, microwave butter, mushrooms, onion and lemon juice on High for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt, nutmeg and paprika until smooth.
Microwave on High for 1 minute; stir well.
Add broth; microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add half and half and turkey; blend well.
Pour over spaghetti in pan; sprinkle cheese on top.
Microwave on High for 7 to 9 minutes, turning twice.
Serves 4 or 5.
